The award-winning New York City showroom Urban Homes, exclusive dealer of Aster Cucine in the Big Apple, hosted one of “CS Talks 2016” meetings, organized in November by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, recognized leader in the promotion of luxury residential development.

Among the participants, many brokers and real estate professionals, architects, interior designers, opinion leaders and VIPs, as well as important signatures of the most influential American press: Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Vanity Fair, Vogue and Architectural Digest.

In order to point out the best projects that have renewed the skyline of the West Village in recent years, there have been Ryan Schleis, VP of research and analysis for Corcoran Sunshine, and the designer Andrew Kotchen from Workshop/APD, one of the 50 most important design firms in New York according to the US press.

Kotchen and his associate Matt Berman have signed Timeline collection for Aster, which has made it an icon of the Transitional mood for its timeless elegance, a classic example of modern Anglo-Saxon “inset” kitchen. But above all, with Workshop/APD, Kotchen signed some of the most important projects in the City, such as The Printing House, a former printing factory transformed into luxury apartments where once again Aster was chosen for the kitchen spaces.

With over 20 years’ experience, Urban Homes is a state-of-the-art showroom in New York, thanks to its continuous research into the contemporary lifestyle trends and a personalized service tailored design.
